Items can be returned no questions asked within 14 days unused, unopened, and in a saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse to refund for any items returned that are used or not in the condition in which they were sent. All our shipping is calculated on actual Royal Mail shipping costs and is not inflated like many online retailers. The majority of items are dispatched on the day we receive your order. There are occasions with certain items when this isn’t always possible, these items have the maximum shipping time at the bottom of the products page, please remember that this is a maximum and 95% of the time these orders are dispatched much sooner.
